Hopewell Man Joseph Skinner Killed in Devastating Prince George County Motorcycle Crash

According to the Prince George County Police Department, the fatal collision occurred on May 13, 2026, at approximately 11:00 p.m. Emergency crews responded to reports of a serious crash involving a 2016 Kawasaki motorcycle and a 2017 Genesis sedan. Investigators with the Prince George County Crash Reconstruction Team later determined that both vehicles collided within the intersection, causing catastrophic injuries to the motorcycle rider.
