According to the San Antonio Police Department, officers and firefighters were dispatched between approximately 5 a.m. and 6 a.m. on Friday after reports of a vehicle fire in the 500 block of Richland Hills Drive. After the fire was brought under control, responders discovered the bodies of two children inside the vehicle, believed to be approximately 5 and 7 years old.
