16-Year-Old Joseph Samuel killed in Fatal Northeast Shooting in Charlotte

A wave of grief has swept through Charlotte, North Carolina, following the tragic death of 16-year-old Joseph Samuel, who was killed in a shooting Tuesday afternoon in northeast Charlotte.
