WASHINGTON COUNTY, N.C. — A tragic crash on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, has left a community in mourning after a husband and wife lost their lives in a devastating head-on collision. Authorities have identified the victims as Harry Spruill, 42, and Whitney Spruill, 37, both residents of Plymouth.
