Ryan Evans & Wahkee Tabron killed in fatal Wilmington Shooting

A tragic afternoon unfolded in Wilmington on Tuesday when a shooting left multiple people critically injured, claiming the lives of two young men. Wilmington Police responded to reports of gunfire at approximately 2:23 p.m. in the area of West 7th and North Adams Streets, only to find a chaotic and heartbreaking scene.

Authorities discovered four individuals who had been shot. Two of the victims, 19-year-old Ryan Evans and 21-year-old Wahkee Tabron, both from Newark, Delaware, were rushed to a nearby hospital in critical condition. Tragically, they later succumbed to their injuries, leaving families and the community in deep mourning.

Two other victims, a 36-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman, were also hospitalized in critical condition. Police have not released their names, citing privacy concerns, and both remain under medical care as doctors continue treatment.
