Police reported that the pickup truck was being driven by 19-year-old Braxton Dollinger of Bismarck. Authorities stated that Dollinger had reportedly been stopped before proceeding northeast from Main Avenue onto Rosser Avenue when the crash occurred. Emergency responders rushed to the scene shortly after receiving reports of the collision, but despite their efforts, Kallen Omen suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
