LEXINGTON, Ky. — The Lexington community is grieving after a heartbreaking crash claimed the life of 93-year-old Juanita Puckett late Tuesday night. The tragic incident has left family members, friends, and neighbors in deep sorrow as they remember a woman who lived a long and meaningful life.

According to the Lexington Police Department, officers responded to a two-vehicle collision just after 9 p.m. at the intersection of Main Street and Jefferson Street.
