ALLENTOWN, Pa. — The Allentown community is grieving the heartbreaking loss of 24-year-old Jakeem J. Jourdain, who died following a devastating rollover crash in Monroe County. His sudden passing has left family, friends, and loved ones struggling to cope with the tragic loss of a young life.
According to authorities, the crash occurred along northbound Route 33 near mile marker 19.5 in Ross Township. Investigators reported that Jourdain was driving when his vehicle rolled over under circumstances that remain unclear. During the crash, he was ejected from the vehicle, leading to severe injuries.
Emergency responders rushed to the scene and transported Jourdain to Lehigh Valley Hospital–Muhlenberg for urgent medical care. Despite efforts to save his life, he succumbed to his injuries. The Lehigh County Coroner’s Office confirmed he suffered multiple blunt force injuries and was pronounced dead at 9:58 a.m. on April 5. His death has been officially ruled accidental.
