Two Found Dead in Submerged Vehicle Near Lake Silverado in Poweshiek County

The Poweshiek County community is mourning the heartbreaking loss of Amanda Ray, 30, of Des Moines, and Joshua Carroll, 29, of Montezuma, after they were found dead inside a submerged vehicle over the weekend.
