The Sheriff’s Office Homicide Division has launched a full investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.

Deputies were called to a report of a suspicious vehicle at a cemetery on Fodiesville Road in Shannon on Monday. Upon arrival, officials discovered Graham deceased at the scene. Investigators say the situation is being treated as a homicide, though the cause and manner of death remain under review.

Authorities reported that Graham was last seen driving a 2016 charcoal gray Ford Fusion near Old Lowery Road in Red Springs at approximately 12:40 a.m. on Sunday, February 8, 2026. Law enforcement agencies, including the Red Springs Police Department, are working closely on the investigation, with support from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

The Sheriff’s Office is urging residents in the areas of Old Lowery Road and Fodiesville Road to review any home surveillance or security footage that may show suspicious activity during the early hours of Sunday.
