43-year-old Kylee Bean Dies After Being Run Over by Truck in Wolcott

WOLCOTT, VT — A 43-year-old woman has died after suffering severe injuries in a tragic motor vehicle incident now under investigation in Lamoille County. Authorities say the heartbreaking event unfolded Sunday night, leaving a community searching for answers as officials work to piece together what happened.

According to the Lamoille County Sheriff’s Department, deputies were notified at approximately 11:05 p.m. on March 1, 2026, that a woman had been brought to Copley Hospital by a friend. The woman had reportedly suffered significant abdominal trauma after being run over by a motor vehicle. Despite efforts by medical staff, hospital personnel determined that she had died from her injuries.

The victim was later identified as Kylee Bean, 43, of Wolcott. Her sudden and tragic death has left family members, friends, and neighbors grieving. Authorities have not released further details about the events leading up to the incident, but confirmed that the injuries were consistent with being struck and run over by a vehicle.

Deputies identified the vehicle involved as a white 2019 Ford F-550 with a dump body. The truck was reportedly operated by 52-year-old Todd Glowa, also of Wolcott. Investigators have not announced any charges, and officials emphasized that the case remains under active investigation as they continue gathering evidence and interviewing those involved.

Through their investigation, deputies determined that the incident is believed to have occurred around 9:00 p.m. in the area of Elmore Pond Road and Brookview Lane in the Town of Wolcott. Authorities are working to establish the exact sequence of events and the circumstances that led to the fatal injuries.

The Morristown Police Department assisted at the scene as the investigation continues.
