The town of Waxhaw is reeling after a devastating domestic violence incident Thursday afternoon left two people dead. The shocking event unfolded in the 8200 block of Prescott Glen Parkway, leaving neighbors and community members heartbroken. Authorities say the tragedy involved a husband fatally shooting his wife before taking his own life, a loss that has deeply impacted the close-knit community.
According to the Waxhaw Police Department, officers responded to a call for service at approximately 4:20 p.m. on March 12. Upon arrival, they discovered a man, later identified as Inol Toussaint, born September 2, 1976, deceased from what appeared to be a self-inflicted wound. As officers searched the home further, they found a second victim upstairs, later identified as Eusther Toussaint, born October 20, 1983, also deceased.
