LOS ANGELES — Authorities have identified the pedestrian killed in a hit-and-run crash Thursday night in South Los Angeles as 75-year-old Gaston Moreau of Los Angeles. The crash occurred around 9 p.m. at the intersection of Vermont Avenue and 90th Street.
