JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville community is grieving the tragic loss of 21-year-old Drew Stephens, who died Sunday night following a serious utility vehicle crash on the 8400 block of Fort Caroline Road. The incident has left family, friends, and neighbors shocked and heartbroken.
