BALTIMORE, Md. — Authorities have identified the victim of a fatal stabbing that occurred late Monday night in Southeast Baltimore as 46-year-old Donte Chase. The incident took place around 11:09 p.m. on June 30 in the 700 block of North Kenwood Avenue, just outside a residential building.
