44-year-old Lavon Woodson Fatally Shot Outside Brook Road Business in Henrico County

A tragic late-night shooting in Henrico County has left a community grieving after a 44-year-old man was killed outside a commercial establishment on Brook Road. According to Henrico Police Division, officers were dispatched to the 7500 block of Brook Road shortly after 11 p.m. on May 22, 2026, following reports of gunfire in the area.
