Three Suspects Sought After Deadly Shooting Claims Life of 23-Year-Old in Blytheville

Authorities in Blytheville are actively searching for three suspects following a deadly shooting that claimed the life of 23-year-old Robert Harper. The tragic incident has shaken the community as investigators continue working to locate those believed to be connected to the fatal violence.

According to the Blytheville Police Department, officers were called to the 600 block of North Tennessee Street on May 16, 2026, after reports of gunfire in the area. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Harper suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency responders quickly provided aid before transporting him to the hospital for urgent medical treatment.

Police said Harper was taken to Great River Medical Center, where doctors and medical staff attempted to save his life. Despite those efforts, he later died from the injuries he suffered in the shooting. His death has left family members, friends, and loved ones mourning the loss of a young man whose life ended far too soon.

Following the shooting, detectives with the Blytheville Criminal Investigations Division launched an investigation that led to arrest warrants being issued for three suspects. Authorities identified them as 21-year-old Devontae Williams, 18-year-old Adarius Williams, and 18-year-old Jayden Williams, all of Blytheville. Police believe the suspects may still be in the area and are urging the public not to approach them.
