When officers arrived, they found 44-year-old Francesk Shkambi lying on the restaurant’s patio, suffering from a gunshot wound.
Deputies immediately began performing life-saving measures in an effort to stabilize Shkambi until paramedics from the Commerce Township Fire Department arrived.
