AMARILLO, Texas — A tragic shooting in the early hours of Saturday has left the Amarillo community in shock after 40-year-old Moneke Denice Glass lost her life. According to the Amarillo Police Department (APD), officers were called to the 800 block of South Maryland Street at approximately 2:55 a.m. after receiving reports of gunfire.
