FREDERICK COUNTY, VA — A tragic crash along Interstate 81 has claimed the life of Kevin Patrick Sullivan, 35, of Pennsylvania, leaving a community in shock and mourning. According to the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office, the situation began when deputies attempted to stop Sullivan.
