Authorities report that a fatal two-vehicle crash claimed the life of a 36-year-old Prattville man Tuesday evening in Montgomery County, Alabama. The deadly collision involved a pickup truck and a tractor-trailer, leaving the community mourning as investigators work to determine the cause of the crash.

According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency Highway Patrol Division, the crash occurred at approximately 7:26 p.m. on March 10, 2026, along Woodley Road near Snowdoun Chambers Road, roughly one mile south of Montgomery, Alabama. Authorities said the victim, Tracey E. Huffman, 36, was driving a 2021 Ram pickup when it collided with a 2006 Peterbilt tractor-trailer driven by 28-year-old Jacob A. Asberry of Selma.
